Decadent Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

A delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of cinnamon rolls with creamy cheesecake for a mouthwatering treat.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Make the cinnamon roll filling by mixing brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted unsalted butter in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add sour cream.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, drizzle half of the cinnamon filling, and swirl together. Pour remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl in the rest of the cinnamon filling.
  5. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle. Cool gradually in the oven for one hour.
  6. Whip heavy cream and gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the topping. Spread over cooled cheesecake.

Notes

Allow cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results. Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother filling.
