Delicious Monster Eye Brownie Bites

Fun and creative brownie bites topped with green frosting and candy eyeballs, perfect for Halloween or any gathering.

  • 1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 1 bottle Green Gel Food Coloring
  • Candy Eyeballs (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water; stir until just combined.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Cool the brownies in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well.
  7. Add vanilla extract and milk; mix until smooth and spreadable.
  8. Mix in green gel food coloring until the desired color is reached.
  9. Once the brownies are cooled, cut into bite-sized squares and frost each generously with green frosting.
  10. Decorate with candy eyeballs on top of each frosted brownie.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. For extra fun, customize frosting colors and decorations.
