Ghost OREO Ball Truffles

Delightful and festive treats made with Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and white chocolate, perfect for Halloween.

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup White Chocolate chips or a white chocolate bar
  • 1 cup Sprinkles or Edible Eyes

Instructions

  1. Crushing the Oreos: Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing them in a bag.
  2. Mix with Cream Cheese: Combine crushed Oreos and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until dough-like.
  3. Roll into Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, packing tightly, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the Balls: Chill the rolled balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
  6. Dip the Truffles: Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Decorate: Decorate immediately with edible eyes or sprinkles.
  8. Let Them Set: Allow the dipped truffles to set at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easy mixing. Don’t skip the chill time before dipping.
