Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip

A creamy and flavorful dip made with green olives, feta cheese, and roasted red peppers, perfect for any gathering or snack.

  • 200 g Green Olives, pitted
  • 150 g Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • Juice of 0.5 Lemon
  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Whole Green Olives, for garnish
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl or food processor, blend green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped roasted red pepper and oregano, adding chili flakes if desired.
  4. Season with freshly ground black pepper, adjusting lemon juice or chili flakes to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with olives and olive oil.
  6. Optional: Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

Notes

Best served with crackers, fresh vegetables, or as a sandwich spread. Can be made vegan by using dairy-free alternatives for cheese.
